Every new-client project starts with a discovery call—allowing both of us to learn more about each other and ultimately determine if we’re a good fit for your project. Next steps include a consultation, contract, and retainer to get the project started.
This stage is where the magic happens! Measurements, photos, rough quotes from our skilled tradesmen—followed by floor plans and renderings, sourcing of furnishings and materials, 3D renderings, and material samples so you can truly experience the design.
When we manage the construction and installation phases of the project, we take everything off your hands. We’ll coordinate with the contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure you only have one source to go to when you have questions or comments —us. We’ll be your advocate throughout the entire process.
When the project is near completion, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you to note and address any deficiencies. After every item is closed out, we’ll provide you with a project binder and final invoice. We’ll also schedule our wonderful photographer to shoot your new space—including full styling. You’ll be able to purchase any of the décor items after the photoshoot is complete.
The end of a project doesn’t mean the end of our communication. If anything does arise after the completion of an executed design, we want to know so we can quickly resolve it.
